Freedom 4/24’s Run 4 Their Lives and Thrive LYH Health and Wellness Expo

This event features the 16th Annual Run 4 Their Lives 5k produced by Freedom 4/24. The 5k will be bouyed by Lynchburg’s first premier Health and Wellness Expo brought to you by Thrive LYH! The shared mission of these partner organizations is to educate and resource Lynchburg to live healthy, happy lives. Freedom 4/24 does this by focusing on preventing and ending trafficking and exploitation and Thrive by bringing together the best our community has to offer in the Health and Wellness Space. Packet Pick Up and Thrive Night #1 will be Friday May 2, 5-8pm and will feature a Kids 1 Mile Race. Freedom’s 5k kicks off Thrive Day #2 at 9am and invites runners, walkers and the larger community to stay for all the fun an freebies until 4pm. We hope to see you out there!
