Located in the Miller Center at Miller Park, this hands on museum allows you to touch, feel, feed and totally experience natures live works of art. Touch a black bear’s fur. See a snake slither. Become immersed in nature at the Nature Zone, an environmental education center geared towards all ages. Displays rotate monthly focusing on Virginia wildlife, human environmental impact and much more. Check out the new nature visual games and challenges! Turtles, opossums and even snakes are all waiting to meet you ‘up close and personal! The Nature Zone also boasts a gift shop on site. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
